Hello Bulldogs,

This is going to be an experience we will never forget but we will triumph in the end. This is a new way of teaching for now so let's make the best of it.

Welcome to Physical Education!!! 

Here is a recap of the benefits of staying active:

  • Improves strength and endurance.
  • Reduces stress and anxiety.
  • Helps control weight/reduces the risk of obesity.
  • Improves blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
  • Reduces feelings of depression.
  • Boosts self-esteem.
  • Promotes psychological well-being.

My weekly expectations for our bulldog athletes will be as follows:
 1) Warm up everyday using GoNoodle or with me using ZOOM ROOM in your scheduled class time. 
 2) Complete weekly assignments from BrainPOP 
 3) Practice new exercises assigned weekly
 4) Learn about Nutrtition, body mechanics, motor skills, and sports

Each week I will post homework assignments that will entail the above expectations. 

Now let's move and have fun while learning.
